Our story

Boulangerie Pinsonneault is, above all, a story of family and passion. Acquired by the Law-Kam family in 1980, the business began as a small shop in the heart of downtown Saint-Hyacinthe. Its reputation grew thanks to the quality of its products and the strong word-of-mouth from a loyal clientele, primarily in the restaurants sector.

As demand increased and space became limited, the bakery took a major step in 2009 by relocating to the Saint-Hyacinthe industrial area. This transition marked not only an expansion, but also a renewed commitment to serving a growing customer base; without ever losing the authenticity that built its reputation.
